Paul William Walker IV, born on September 12, 1973, in Glendale, California, was an American actor best known for his role as Brian O’Conner in the Fast & Furious franchise. He began his career as a child actor in the 1980s, appearing in television shows and commercials before transitioning to film in the 1990s. Walker gained early recognition with roles in Varsity Blues and She’s All That, but it was his portrayal of the street-racing undercover cop in The Fast and the Furious (2001) that launched him to international fame.
Throughout the 2000s, Walker became a beloved action star, known for his charismatic presence, athleticism, and easy-going charm. Outside of acting, he was deeply passionate about marine biology and humanitarian causes. In 2010, he founded Reach Out Worldwide, a nonprofit organization providing disaster relief.
On November 30, 2013, Paul Walker tragically died in a car accident in Santa Clarita, California, while attending a charity event for his organization.
